How heavy is the fabric? Essentials are 220 GSM midweight. Signature polos are 240 GSM piqué. Heroes run 260 to 400 GSM depending on the piece. For reference, a standard tee is around 150 GSM. Will the print crack or fade? No. The back artwork is DTG printed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it moves with the cotton instead of flaking off. The embroidery is thread, so there's nothing to crack. What's 3D raised embroidery? Foam is laid under the stitching so the design stands off the fabric instead of sitting flat. You can feel it with your hand. It's the same technique used on premium caps. How does the fit run? Heroes and Signature are oversized by design. Essentials are regular fit. Everything is pre-shrunk, so what you get out of the wash is what you got out of the bag. How do I wash it? Cold wash, inside out, hang dry. No tumble dryer on the embroidered pieces. That's it — no special detergent, no dry cleaning. How long does shipping take? Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. US delivery is typically 5 to 8 days. Shipping is $9.99, free over $139.
